Do you keep a journal or diary? How often do you write in it?

I've tried to keep a journal on numerous occasions, but as you can see from the frequency and length of my posts I don't write very much. I still feel the need to keep trying though. I daydream all day long so obviously I need an outlet. Maybe my next attempt at it will stick.
